THE FOLLOWING TYPE OF FANS IS USED IN MANUFACTURE OF ACM AIR HANDLING UNITS :
EC FANS
For our production we use centrifugal fans with a motor on the shaft. All fans are produced by the ZIEHL-ABEGG (Germany), EBM PAPST (Germany). Fans with EC motors are used for all units. EC technology is an intelligent technology that uses an integrated electronic control system, which ensures that the engine always runs at optimum load. Compared to AC motors, energy efficiency in EC motors is many times higher. The advantage of EC fans is low power consumption and ease of operation.
Benefits:
-High efficiency (93%), energy savings provides a reduction in operating costs (reduction of energy costs starting from 30% by optimizing the fan mode in accordance with the required parameters).
- Low noise level at relatively high power (lower than traditional fans by 20 ÷ 30 dB (A)).
- Possibility of smooth and exact regulation, possibility of programming, regulation of the fan productivity depending on temperature, pressure, degree of smoke.
- Protection of the engine against mechanical damage and electric overloads (range of admissible supply voltages 200-277 V and 380-480 V ± 15%).
- Does not require service.
- Has a long service life (more than 60,000 hours, ie 6-8 years of continuous operation).
All fans are equipped with single-speed electric motors (possible complete set with speed regulator). It is also possible to complete with other types of engines.
Standard degree of motor protection - IP54. It is possible to use motors with a different degree of protection. The maximum temperature of the moving air is 45 °.
The energy efficiency class of the motors used is IE3 (EC fans - IE4 class).
The fan and the motor are placed on one common frame and isolated from the housing by means of a flexible connection of the exhaust pipe (for direct drive - intake) and rubber anti-vibration shock absorbers, which are selected according to the fan characteristics. The design of this frame allows to stretch belts without any problems and to establish alignment of pulleys by service personnel in case of use of a belt drive.
Fans and motors can be used in explosive industry and harsh environment.
- Centrifugal fans with belt drive (blades bent forward / backward, one- and two-way suction)
- Direct drive fans
