AIR DISINFECTION MODULES (UV-C RADIATION)
We started to provide customers with our ventilation units equipped with air disinfection sections. The manufacturer of disinfection modules is our long-term partner KLINGENBURG (Poland).
UV-C radiation disinfection technology is not harmful, and you can use it safely :
- does not pose a danger to people indoors;
- safe for the environment;
- air treatment takes place without the use of any chemicals or high temperatures;
- disinfection can be performed 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Air disinfection with the use of ultraviolet radiation is the most commonly used method of physical disinfection nowadays.
Air-disinfecting UV-C modules are equipped with a special low-pressure mercury lamps that emit ultraviolet radiation with a wavelength of 253.7Nm, which causes constant inactivation of bacteria, viruses and mold spores, damaging their genetic material. Thanks to the use of ultraviolet radiation, UV-C modules eliminate microorganisms from the air entering the room without a need in using any kind of chemicals. The modules are equipped with a control panel, which through the use of electronic ignition systems provides hot ignition of the irradiators (soft start), increasing their service life with frequent switching on.
Service life of a lamp is 9000 hours. The timer installed into the module allows you to control the time to replace the lamps with new ones, in order to avoid a significant drop in their efficiency.
Recently, we have received a partner certificate from the world-famous manufacturer of electrical equipment and components for automation systems - Schneider Electric. We widely use Schneider Electric components (controllers, frequency regulators, etc.) in our production.
Our company has received the СE certificate for all list of our production. It confirms that our equipment meets the European standards and can be used in the European Union.
